    Employee rushed me through processes to help other customers, told me my package would be late if I didn't sign the paperwork first told me it would be packaged after I left and for me to leave the store. It was an expensive necklace and showed up in a bubble mailer broken when I requested a box. She then told me when I returned to the store it was my fault for the packaging and tried rushing me out of the store again without explanation or status of the claim not before making a comment about the recent passing of my father during my time of grieving. The employee continues to be rude and I will most likely be left with a broken necklace and no help of insurance money from UPS.

  • Review of "Cumberland Farms" at Fairhaven

    Amazing; simply amazing!!! I have never had a problem with this Cumberland's Farms. The service has ALWAYS been outstanding, and I go there when I need gas. The employees are friendly and helpful when I have any questions. The lot usually has a few people in, but I almost never have to wait for a pump. The person who rated and gave a poor review probably went to this store and their experience was not a good one. But, maybe the person doesn't work there? Maybe the night something happened and they had to close the store for a few? There can be thousands of reasons behind your there SIMPLE complaint. This is a great clean and friendly place to buy everything from bars of soap to the much valued gas for our cars.
