- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ALL they care about....IS THEM! I have a REAL problem with a bank that charges a fee for cashing "one of their checks"....written to a client that doesn't have an account there! Just DOES NOT seem right! Maybe that's why they call them...."Piggy Banks"! They should be ashamed.... I hope they have changed this policy? I wonder if they got "bail out monies" in the 2008 disaster... If so....that was MY taxpayer monies they borrowed....and I wasn't allowed to charge them a fee!By Philip H. May, October 07, 2016
